The service
ToolsSoup provides a collection of free utility tools that run in your web browser. Most tools work entirely on your device without sending your data to us.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability

Acceptable use

You retain all rights to the content you process with the tools. Because the tools run in your browser, we do not claim ownership of, or access to, your content.
Third-party services
Some tools rely on third-party APIs to provide live data. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
The ToolsSoup name, design, and site content are the property of their respective owner and may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except where the Service is used for its intended purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
