ToolsSoup (“we”, “us”) provides free online tools that run in your web browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use ToolsSoup at toolssoup.com. In short: your data stays on your device.
Data processed in your browser
Almost every tool on ToolsSoup runs entirely on your device. The text, files, and images you paste or upload are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser, and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Tools that use third-party services
A small number of tools need live data to work — for example, the currency converter fetches exchange rates and the IP lookup queries an IP information service. When you use one of these tools, your browser sends the minimum request necessary directly to the relevant third-party provider. Those providers may log the request (including your IP address) under their own privacy policies. If you do not use these specific tools, no such requests are made.
Cookies and tracking
ToolsSoup does not set cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of our visitors.
Hosting and server logs
Our site is served through Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, the hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This data is handled according to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Accounts
ToolsSoup has no accounts, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details in order to use the tools.
Children’s privacy
ToolsSoup is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
